Secret Landscapes

Secret Landscapes represents a topography of the imagination. This is an ongoing collaborative project involving photography, digital imaging, mixed media and a multi media piece titled 'A Trip to External' which also involves music.

This project explores the notion of landscape from various perspectives: physical reality, empiricist and synesthetic experience, visual and sonic representation of inner states of mind and artistic creation. The aim is to experiment with different mediums and freely allow the imagination and the function of chance to intervene in the perceptual and creative process. The result translates into multiple sets of imagery collated to constuct strange or surreal scenarios, with music added to complement this symbiotic exercise.
